Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites and products operated by DashFlow Solutions LLP ("DashFlow", "we", "us"), including thedashflow.com, Gantivity, PreptixAI, and Ludo Deck (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

1. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in violation of applicable law or these Terms.
• Probe, scan, or breach security or authentication measures, or access data not intended for you.
• Upload malware, spam, or content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Services except as permitted by law or a separate written agreement.
• Use automated means to scrape the Services or overload our infrastructure.
• Misrepresent AI-generated output as independently verified professional advice.

3. Your content and licence

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Services — schedules, tasks, documents, CVs, messages, and other materials ("Your Content"). You grant DashFlow a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Services. We do not sell Your Content or use it for third-party advertising.

You are responsible for Your Content and must have the rights necessary to submit it.

4. AI-generated output

• Our products use artificial intelligence to generate schedules, predictions, reports, CVs, interview feedback, and other output ("AI Output").
• AI Output is provided for assistance and information. It may contain errors or omissions, and it does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or engineering advice.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI Output before relying on it — including project schedules, risk predictions, and career documents.

5. Plans, payment, and trials

• Paid plans, prices, and billing periods are described at the point of purchase within each product.
• Fees are payable in advance and, except as described in our Refund Policy or required by law, are non-refundable.
• We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
• Trial and early-access features are provided "as is" and may change or be withdrawn at any time.

6. Intellectual property

The Services — including software, design, trademarks (DashFlow, Gantivity, PreptixAI, ZAI, Ludo Deck), and content we create — are owned by DashFlow Solutions LLP or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you, no rights are transferred.

7. Third-party services

The Services may link to or integrate third-party services (for example, payment processors, LinkedIn, scheduling tools, and app stores). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Suspension and termination

• You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate access where you materially breach these Terms, where required by law, or where continued provision poses a security risk — with notice where practicable.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends; sections that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law) survive.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI Output will be accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) DashFlow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; and (b) our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose or INR 10,000. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold DashFlow harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the Services in breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction, the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these Terms. We encourage you to contact us first — most issues can be resolved informally.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date and, where appropriate, notified by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
